You can ask to move a HynoConnect number to another provider. Open a ticket, and we handle the request. Monthly fees continue until the port is complete.
Bringing a number to HynoConnect needs the account name, address and number of your current provider, and often a PIN. The old provider and the carrier must approve it. We tell you the cost before we start, and we cannot guarantee that a port will succeed.
Timing depends on the other provider and on carriers, and delays are outside our control. Do not cancel your old service until the port is done.
