Receiving texts is included. Each outbound text is charged from your wallet before it is sent, and the charge is returned if the carrier refuses the message.
Messaging in the United States is regulated by law, carrier rules and industry codes. For marketing texts you need the recipient's prior consent and an easy way to opt out. Read our Messaging Policy before you send marketing messages.
Carriers filter messages they think are unwanted and may require brand and campaign registration for some traffic. We cannot guarantee delivery of any message. Keep messages relevant and expected to protect your number.
