You give us the name, up to 15 characters. Our team checks it against your verified business and then asks carriers to list it for the number. The add-on shows as being set up until we finish. If we cannot approve the name, we refund the payment to your wallet.
Carriers and phones decide whether the name appears. Many phones show no name at all, and different carriers update their records at different speeds, so it can take several days.
