Each line has its own rule. Turn forwarding on or off, or change the destination, in your dashboard. Changes apply right away.
We check that the destination looks like a working phone number before we save it. We block forwarding to premium-rate and certain international ranges that are used for toll fraud, and a number cannot forward to itself. These checks protect your balance and the carriers.
Receiving the call on your business number is included. The forwarded leg is billed per use, so check the rates in your dashboard before you forward a lot of traffic.
