Privacy Policy & Messaging Confidentiality
Effective Date: October 2026 • Compliant with US FCC, A2P 10DLC, and Global Privacy Standards
1. Information Collection and Telecommunications Data
HynoConnect provisions dedicated mobile carrier and toll-free telephone lines for business communications. In providing this service, we collect subscriber contact details, account billing identifiers, and transactional call detail records (CDR) strictly required for network routing, billing computation, and anti-fraud verification.
2. Inbound SMS and 2FA Message Privacy
Inbound Short Message Service (SMS) payloads, including two-factor authentication (2FA) codes and one-time passcodes (OTP) transmitted by third-party banks or services, are processed over TLS 1.3 encrypted sockets directly to your client dashboard or Android application. HynoConnect does not inspect, parse, sell, or monetize the contents of your private messages.
3. Zero Data-Broker Sharing Commitment
We maintain an uncompromising anti-commercialization policy regarding subscriber data. We do not sell, rent, license, or disclose your telephone numbers, call records, or customer contact lists to data brokers, advertising networks, or third-party marketers under any circumstances.
4. A2P 10DLC Compliance & Anti-Spam Policy
HynoConnect enforces strict compliance with The Campaign Registry (TCR) guidelines and wireless carrier acceptable use policies. Outbound messaging campaigns must adhere to explicit recipient consent (opt-in) frameworks. The transmission of unlawful spam, unsolicited marketing blasts, phishing links, or fraudulent lures will result in immediate line suspension.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Subscribers may delete conversation histories or export call detail records at any time through the client portal. Upon cancellation or account termination, assigned numbers are held in a quarantine cooling buffer before being returned to carrier allocations.
