The one-time setup fee is not refundable once the number has been provisioned. Monthly fees are not refunded for a period already started, except where the law requires it or where we cannot provide the service.
If we cannot activate your number or complete verification, we refund the amount paid, less carrier costs we cannot recover. Read the full Refund and Cancellation Policy on the website.
