1. What this means
Calls to 911 and other emergency services are not supported on HynoConnect numbers. If you dial an emergency number from the app or dashboard, the call will not connect to emergency services and emergency responders will not receive your location.
2. What you should do
- Keep another phone available for emergencies, such as a mobile phone or landline.
- Tell everyone who uses your account that the numbers cannot call emergency services.
- Do not rely on a HynoConnect number for medical, safety or critical-infrastructure communications.
3. Power and internet outages
Internet-based numbers need power and an internet connection. During an outage you may be unable to place or receive calls and texts.
4. Acknowledgement
By ordering a number you confirm that you have read this notice.
