1. Why this page exists
We use other companies to run parts of the service. They process personal data for us under contract, or provide services that we need. This page lists the kinds of providers we use, what they do, where they operate and why. We update it when it changes.
2. Providers by purpose
- Telecommunications carrier: Telnyx supplies US numbers and carries calls and text messages. Operates in the United States and other countries.
- Network and security: Cloudflare provides DNS, DDoS protection and traffic filtering for our website. Operates globally.
- Payments: payment providers process payments and detect payment fraud. We name the providers that are active for your payment at checkout.
- Hosting and infrastructure: a cloud or server hosting provider runs our application and database.
- Email delivery: an email delivery provider sends invoices, security alerts and notices.
- Bot protection: where enabled, a challenge service helps us to block automated sign-ups.
- Identity verification: where we use one, a verification provider checks documents and details.
3. What we ask of providers
We choose providers with care, give them only the data they need, and require them to protect it, to use it only for our purposes and to follow data protection law. Where data goes outside the United Kingdom, we use the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Changes
We may add or change providers. Where the law requires, we tell customers before a new provider starts to handle their personal data. Questions: [email protected].
