1. Overview
This policy governs the HynoConnect service offered by HYNOGO LLC ("HynoGo", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the State of Montana, United States (1001 S Main St, Ste 500, Kalispell, MT 59901).
HynoConnect provides virtual phone numbers, SMS capabilities, voice calling, call forwarding, and eSIM services to individuals and businesses worldwide. All HynoConnect services are managed through the HynoGo client dashboard at corp.hynogo.com.
This policy forms part of your agreement with HynoGo and should be read alongside our general Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and AML Policy. In the event of a conflict between this HynoConnect Policy and the general Terms & Conditions, this policy takes precedence with respect to HynoConnect services.
HynoConnect infrastructure is powered by carrier-grade technology to ensure reliable, high-quality communications. HynoGo operates as the service provider and account manager. By activating any HynoConnect service, you agree to all terms set out in this document.
2. Eligibility & Account
2.1 Who Can Use HynoConnect
HynoConnect is available to any individual aged 18 or over, or any legally registered business entity, anywhere in the world. You do not need to be resident in the country of your virtual number (US or UK) to use HynoConnect.
2.2 HynoGo Account Requirement
Access to HynoConnect requires an active HynoGo client account. Your HynoGo account credentials are your responsibility. You must not share your dashboard access with unauthorised third parties. Any activity on your account — including calls made, SMS sent, and charges incurred — is your responsibility regardless of who performed the action.
2.3 Identity Verification
HynoGo may request identity or business verification documents before activating a HynoConnect number, in line with our AML and KYC obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in refusal of service or suspension of an active number.
2.4 One Account Per Entity
Each individual or business entity is permitted one primary HynoGo account. Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent restrictions, recover suspended accounts, or avoid charges is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated.
3. Virtual Numbers
3.1 Number Availability
Virtual numbers are assigned from available inventory at the time of purchase. HynoGo does not guarantee the availability of any specific number, area code, or prefix. Number availability is subject to regulatory constraints, carrier inventory, and regional allocation rules.
3.2 Number Ownership
Virtual numbers remain the property of the underlying telecommunications carrier at all times. You receive a revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the assigned number for the duration of your active subscription. This licence is personal to you and may not be transferred, sublicensed, or sold to any third party without HynoGo's express prior written consent.
3.3 Number Porting In
Porting an existing phone number into HynoConnect may be possible subject to carrier and regulatory approval. Porting timelines vary (typically 5–15 business days). HynoGo does not guarantee successful porting of any number. Porting fees apply and will be communicated before the process begins.
3.4 Number Porting Out
You may request to port your HynoConnect number to another carrier. Port-out requests must be submitted through the HynoGo dashboard or via email to [email protected]. We will process valid port-out requests within a reasonable timeframe. Monthly fees continue to apply until porting is complete and confirmed. HynoGo is not liable for delays or failures caused by the receiving carrier.
3.5 Number Expiry
If your monthly subscription is not renewed (due to failed payment or cancellation), your number will enter a 7-day grace period. If the outstanding balance is not settled within this grace period, the number is deactivated and returned to the carrier pool. Reactivation of the same number after release is not guaranteed and may not be possible.
4. Terms of Use
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use HynoConnect for legitimate personal and business communications including but not limited to: receiving verification SMS, customer support communications, business calls, personal calls, and call management via forwarding.
4.2 Regulatory Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of HynoConnect complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdictions of any parties you communicate with. This includes, without limitation, telecommunications regulations, data protection laws, anti-spam laws, and consumer protection laws.
4.3 No Resale Without Authorisation
You may not resell, white-label, or commercially redistribute HynoConnect services to third parties without a separate written reseller agreement with HynoGo. Unauthorised resale will result in immediate termination of all your accounts.
4.4 Multiple Numbers
You may activate multiple HynoConnect numbers on a single account. Each number carries its own setup fee and monthly fee. There is no limit on the number of virtual numbers you may hold, subject to availability and account standing.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
The following activities are strictly prohibited on HynoConnect. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension, termination, and reporting to relevant authorities:
5.1 Prohibited Activities
- Spam & unsolicited messages: Sending bulk SMS, automated marketing messages, or any unsolicited commercial communications without prior recipient consent.
- Robocalling: Operating automated dialling systems or pre-recorded voice message systems without required regulatory compliance (TCPA, OFCOM, etc.).
- Fraud & impersonation: Using your number to impersonate another person, business, or government entity, or to engage in phishing, scamming, or any form of deception.
- Harassment: Sending threatening, abusive, or harassing messages or making harassing calls to any individual or organisation.
- Illegal content: Transmitting content related to illegal activities including but not limited to drug trafficking, human trafficking, money laundering, terrorism, or child exploitation.
- Circumvention: Using HynoConnect numbers to circumvent platform security controls or violate third-party terms of service.
- Network abuse: Any activity that imposes a disproportionate load on the communications infrastructure or interferes with other users' services.
- Unauthorised data collection: Recording calls without the consent of all parties where required by law, or collecting personal data through HynoConnect services without appropriate legal basis.
5.2 Consequences
HynoGo reserves the right to monitor usage patterns for abuse detection. Suspected violations will be investigated and may result in number suspension, account termination, withholding of refunds, and referral to law enforcement. You remain liable for any costs, damages, or regulatory fines arising from your prohibited use.
6. SMS Policy
6.1 Receiving SMS — Free
All SMS messages received on your HynoConnect number are free of charge. There is no per-message fee for receiving SMS, regardless of volume, sender location, or message content (subject to this policy). Free receiving applies as long as your number subscription is active.
6.2 Sending SMS — Pay As You Go
Sending SMS messages from your HynoConnect number is charged at pay-per-use rates. Rates are displayed in your HynoGo dashboard and vary by destination country. You will always be able to see the applicable rate before sending. No prepayment or minimum sending volume is required.
6.3 SMS Marketing Requirements
If you send any form of marketing or promotional SMS, you must comply with applicable opt-in and opt-out requirements including the CAN-SPAM Act (US), PECR (UK), GDPR (EU/UK), and equivalent regulations. You must maintain records of recipient consent and provide a clear opt-out mechanism in every marketing message.
6.4 SMS Delivery
HynoGo cannot guarantee delivery of all SMS messages. Delivery depends on the recipient's carrier, the destination network, and regional regulations. Some carriers and countries may filter or block certain types of messages. Charges for SMS sending apply upon dispatch, not upon confirmed delivery.
7. Calling Policy
7.1 Receiving Calls — Free
Receiving calls on your HynoConnect number is free of charge. There is no per-minute fee for answering calls directly to your number via the HynoGo dashboard or app.
7.2 Making Calls — Pay As You Go
Making calls from your HynoConnect number is charged at pay-per-use per-minute rates. Rates vary by destination and are shown in your dashboard before you dial. Calls are billed in per-minute increments. Partial minutes are rounded up to the nearest full minute.
7.3 Call Recording
If you record any calls made or received on your HynoConnect number, you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable call recording laws. This includes obtaining consent from all parties to the call where required (two-party consent jurisdictions include many US states, the UK, and others). HynoGo is not liable for any legal consequences arising from your call recording activity.
7.4 Call Quality
HynoGo provides carrier-grade voice infrastructure; however, call quality is also dependent on your internet connection (if using dashboard calling), the recipient's carrier, and network conditions outside HynoGo's control. HynoGo does not guarantee uninterrupted call quality and is not liable for call drops, degraded audio, or failed connections caused by factors beyond our infrastructure.
8. Call Forwarding
8.1 How It Works
Call forwarding routes incoming calls to your HynoConnect number to any phone number you specify — mobile, landline, or another virtual number. You can configure, change, or disable forwarding at any time in your HynoGo dashboard.
8.2 Forwarding Charges
When a call is forwarded, it creates an outbound leg to your forwarding destination. This outbound leg is charged at standard pay-per-use per-minute rates to the forwarding destination. Forwarding to international numbers may carry higher rates. Rates are shown in the dashboard.
8.3 Forwarding Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring your forwarding destination number is correct and active. HynoGo is not liable for forwarded calls reaching unintended recipients due to incorrectly configured forwarding numbers.
9. App-Managed Virtual Cellular Service
9.1 Cloud Cellular Line Architecture
HynoConnect lines are provisioned on authentic Tier-1 wireless cellular carrier networks. Rather than requiring local device eSIM profile scanning via QR codes or hardware SIM card swaps, your mobile line is securely managed in the cloud via the HynoConnect web and mobile dashboard. This allows instant universal access to incoming SMS, OTP verification codes, and voice calling from any smartphone, laptop, or desktop browser.
9.2 Zero QR Code & Hardware Requirements
You do not need an eSIM-unlocked device, dual-SIM phone, or camera QR code scan to activate and manage your HynoConnect number. The service is accessible 100% virtually through your authenticated client portal.
9.3 Real Mobile Line Verification
The line assigned to your account registers as a genuine wireless cellular mobile line (MSISDN) in telecom carrier lookup databases, providing full compatibility with third-party merchant and financial verification systems (including Stripe, PayPal, Wise, and US/UK banks).
10. Refund Policy
10.1 Activation / Setup Fee — $8 (One-time, First Month)
The initial $8 line provisioning and setup fee is non-refundable once your number has been provisioned and appears in your HynoGo dashboard. Provisioning is considered complete at the moment the number becomes visible in your account, regardless of whether you have actively used the number.
10.2 Monthly Subscription Fee — Non-Refundable
Monthly subscription fees ($5 per number per month) are billed at the start of each billing cycle and are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you cancel your number during a billing cycle, you retain access to the number until the end of that paid period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
10.3 Pay-As-You-Go Usage Charges — Non-Refundable
Charges for calls made, SMS sent, and call forwarding minutes are non-refundable once the service has been delivered. A call is considered delivered when a connection is established. An SMS is considered delivered upon dispatch from our system.
10.4 Disputed Charges
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, you must raise a dispute within 30 days of the charge appearing on your account. Disputes raised after 30 days will not be considered. To raise a dispute, email [email protected] with your account details, the charge amount, the date, and a description of why you believe the charge is incorrect.
10.5 Exceptional Refund Circumstances
A refund may be considered at HynoGo's sole and absolute discretion in the following circumstances only:
- A number was provisioned to your account but was never functional due to a verified carrier fault on HynoGo's side.
- You were incorrectly charged due to a confirmed billing system error attributable to HynoGo.
- The HynoConnect service was completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to a failure within HynoGo's own infrastructure (not third-party network issues).
- A duplicate charge was applied to your account for the same number in the same billing period.
Refund requests under exceptional circumstances must be submitted within 14 days of the charge. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
10.6 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting HynoGo support is a breach of this policy. HynoGo reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in unresolved chargebacks and to recover disputed amounts plus any associated bank fees.
11. Billing & Charges
11.1 Pricing
Current pricing: $5/month recurring fee per number + $8 one-time setup fee for the first month only · Toll-Free (1-800, 888, 855) numbers available · Receiving SMS and calls free · Making calls and sending SMS at pay-per-use rates shown in dashboard.
11.2 Billing Cycle
Monthly fees are billed on the same calendar date each month as your original activation. If your activation date falls on a day that does not exist in a shorter month (e.g., 31st in February), billing occurs on the last day of that month.
11.3 Usage Billing
Pay-as-you-go charges (calls and SMS sending) are accumulated throughout the month and charged at the end of each billing cycle, or when a pre-set usage threshold is reached, whichever comes first. You can set usage alerts in your dashboard.
11.4 Failed Payments
If a monthly fee payment fails, HynoGo will retry the payment up to three times over 5 days. If payment remains unsuccessful after all retries, your number will be suspended. You will have a further 7-day grace period to settle the outstanding balance before the number is permanently deactivated and returned to the carrier pool.
11.5 Price Changes
HynoGo reserves the right to change pricing at any time with at least 30 days' notice via email or dashboard notification. Pay-as-you-go rates may change with shorter notice in response to carrier cost changes, but will always be displayed in your dashboard before use. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of revised pricing.
11.6 Taxes & Regulatory Fees
All quoted prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, VAT, government levies, or regulatory fees. These will be added to your invoice where required by the law of the applicable jurisdiction.
11.7 Currency
All HynoConnect charges are denominated in US Dollars (USD). If you pay in another currency, your payment provider's exchange rate and any applicable conversion fees apply.
12. Suspension & Termination
12.1 Cancellation by You
You may cancel any HynoConnect number at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect immediately; however, the number remains active and usable until the end of the current paid billing cycle. No refund is issued for the unused portion of the current billing period. Outstanding pay-as-you-go charges remain due.
12.2 Suspension by HynoGo — With Notice
HynoGo may suspend your HynoConnect service with 24 hours' notice if:
- Your payment method has failed and is not resolved within the grace period.
- We identify unusual usage patterns that require investigation (e.g., abnormal call volumes that may indicate misuse).
- We receive regulatory or legal requests requiring temporary suspension pending investigation.
12.3 Immediate Suspension by HynoGo — Without Notice
HynoGo may suspend or terminate your HynoConnect service immediately and without prior notice if:
- You have violated the Acceptable Use Policy (Section 5).
- Your account is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- We are required to do so by a carrier, regulator, law enforcement agency, or court order.
- Continued operation of your number poses a risk to our infrastructure, other users, or the public.
- You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
12.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination (by you or by HynoGo), access to your HynoConnect number ceases immediately or at end of billing cycle as applicable. Your number is queued for release to the carrier pool. Message history and call logs may be retained for a period in line with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations, then deleted.
12.5 Outstanding Balances
Termination does not waive any outstanding payment obligations. Any accrued charges at the time of termination remain due and payable immediately.
13. Privacy & Data
13.1 Data Collected
In connection with your HynoConnect service, HynoGo collects and processes: account information (name, email, payment details), number assignment records, call logs (timestamps, duration, destination numbers), SMS logs (sender, timestamp, message status — not message content by default), usage data, and billing records.
13.2 Message Content
HynoGo does not routinely access or store the content of your SMS messages or call recordings. Message metadata (sender, timestamp, status) is stored for billing and fraud prevention purposes. We may access content only where required by law or in response to a valid legal order.
13.3 Data Retention
Call logs and SMS metadata are retained for a minimum of 90 days and a maximum of 3 years, in line with telecommunications regulatory requirements and our fraud prevention obligations. Billing records are retained for 7 years for financial compliance purposes.
13.4 Third-Party Infrastructure
HynoConnect services rely on carrier-grade telecommunications infrastructure. Some metadata (such as destination numbers and call timestamps) is necessarily processed by the underlying infrastructure provider as part of call routing. This is inherent to telecommunications services and does not constitute a sale or disclosure of your data for commercial purposes.
Full details of how HynoGo processes personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1 Service Limitations
HynoConnect is provided on an "as available" basis. HynoGo does not warrant uninterrupted service, guaranteed call quality, guaranteed SMS delivery, or that the service will meet any specific business requirement.
14.2 Exclusions
HynoGo is not liable for:
- Call quality degradation, SMS delivery failures, or service outages caused by third-party carrier network issues.
- Regulatory changes affecting number availability or feature restrictions in any jurisdiction.
- Any loss of business, revenue, profit, data, contracts, or goodwill arising from service unavailability or degraded performance.
- Misuse of your virtual number by third parties who gain unauthorised access to your account.
- Any consequences arising from your breach of this Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.
- Failed or delayed number porting caused by the losing or gaining carrier.
14.3 Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HynoGo's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or relating to HynoConnect services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to HynoGo in the three calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.4 Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
15. Policy Changes
HynoGo may update this HynoConnect Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address or via a notification in your HynoGo dashboard at least 14 days before the change takes effect (or immediately where required by law or urgent security concerns).
Your continued use of HynoConnect services after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree with a proposed change, you may cancel your HynoConnect service before the change takes effect.
The current version of this policy is always available at hynogo.com/hynoconnect/policy. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

16.1 Governing Law

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence to the extent required by applicable law.
